Dresses/Apparel:

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.

Beautiful Christmas Dress

I had been eyeing this dress for awhile and snagged it on sale. I was a bit worried to order since I thought an XL would fit better than the L which was left in stock. It fits but is a little snug in the bust. Overall its well crafted and completely beautiful! I hope I can get through the next 10 months without gaining weight so I can wear it for Christmas next year!

Might be my favorite Christmas Dress EVER!! Sparkle, plaid, and holiday red all in one. TTS - size 8 and medium was the perfect fit.

Stunning Dress!

This beautiful dress gives me all the Christmas feels! Cannot wait to wear it during the holidays! I ordered M and usually wear a 6 or 8- fit is perfect!!!

I was so excited about this dress. It’s cute but looks terrible on. It’s so wrinkled and if steaming it didn’t help. I wore it because I didn’t have time to get another. I’m sooooo disappointed.
