You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Cute but low quality

I was disappointed when I received this in the mail. The quality of the material is low and the bows are barely hanging on, one of them is almost completely off.
