This is a private, one-on-one styling appointment designed to refine your wardrobe with intention.
Each session is curated in advance based on your style, upcoming events, and preferences. You’ll be guided through a personalized selection of pieces, including exclusive and unreleased items not available online.
If you book a session with our founder, CEO, and designer, Brianna Cannon, Your $250 reservation includes:
• A private styling session with Brianna Cannon or a BC stylist
• A curated selection prepared specifically for you
• Priority access to new and limited pieces
• $150 applied toward your purchase
Sessions are limited each week and reserved for clients seeking a more personalized, high-touch experience.
After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form so we can prepare your session in advance.
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed unless the item is a Pre-Order, Custom Product, or Made-to-Order.
We ship from Plano, TX - transit times will vary depending on distance from our shipping location.
Orders $65+ qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping.
Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for faster transit times (FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight).
**PLEASE NOTE, expediting shipping does not expedite processing or production time.
Dresses/Apparel:
We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:
We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.
