As a mom and TCU alumna, my heart has been completely shattered by the devastation and loss caused by the Texas Hill Country Floods. The precious girls of Camp Mystic and the families whose lives were tragically claimed by the floods (including the Burgess family of TCU) leaves incomprehensible heartache. 

We have created this beautiful bracelet as a reminder to keep all who have been affected by the Kerr County Floods in our prayers and in our hearts, always.

PRODUCT CARE: 

To make sure your jewelry stays in beautiful condition, please do the following:  

  1. Do not swim or exercise in your jewelry
  2. Do not spray hairspray or perfume on your jewelry
  3. Do not use jewelry cleaner or any kind of chemicals on your jewelry; wipe clean with a soft cloth and water 

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed unless the item is a Pre-Order, Custom Product, or Made-to-Order.

We ship from Plano, TX - transit times will vary depending on distance from our shipping location.

Orders $65+ qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping.

Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for faster transit times (FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight).

Dresses/Apparel: 

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands: 

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.

Hill Country Memorial bracelet
