Apparel: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.

How to start: Go to account.briannacannon.com, sign in with the email used on your order, open the order and choose Request return. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Need a different size or style? Return for store credit and shop the new item.

Fee: A $10 handling fee is deducted from every refund, store credit or exchange.
