Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1) Dresses & Apparel

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier).

  • To request a return or exchange, email customerservice@briannacannon.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (U.S. orders only).

  • Condition requirements: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear (wrinkles, stains, snags, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, etc.) are not eligible.

  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, less a $[insert amount] return shipping fee (deducted from the refund).

  • Exchanges: If the requested item/size is in stock, we’ll ship it after receiving your return. If out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund (per above).


2) Accessories, Jewelry & Headbands

  • Final Sale — no returns.

  • Exchanges may be approved if the item is in stock. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@briannacannon.com and we’ll make it right.


3) Warehouse Sale & Clearance Items

  • Final Sale — no returns.

  • Apparel from Warehouse Sale may be exchanged for a different size (if available) or for store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Accessories and jewelry from Warehouse Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.


4) International Orders

  • International orders are final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels for international returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and fees.


5) Additional Notes

  • Processing time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your package.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, special orders, custom items, and worn/used merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Lost returns: We recommend shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
