We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1) Dresses & Apparel

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier).

To request a return or exchange, email customerservice@briannacannon.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (U.S. orders only).

Condition requirements: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear (wrinkles, stains, snags, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, etc.) are not eligible.

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, less a $[insert amount] return shipping fee (deducted from the refund).

Exchanges: If the requested item/size is in stock, we’ll ship it after receiving your return. If out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund (per above).
2) Accessories, Jewelry & Headbands

Final Sale — no returns.

Exchanges may be approved if the item is in stock. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@briannacannon.com and we’ll make it right.
3) Warehouse Sale & Clearance Items

Final Sale — no returns.

Apparel from Warehouse Sale may be exchanged for a different size (if available) or for store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Accessories and jewelry from Warehouse Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
4) International Orders

International orders are final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid labels for international returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and fees.
5) Additional Notes

Processing time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your package.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, special orders, custom items, and worn/used merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost returns: We recommend shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
