How to measure yourself

BUST

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level under your arms and around your shoulder blades.

WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above your belly button.

HIPS

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your natural waist.

LENGTH

For garment length, measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to where you'd like the hem to land.

Tip: Use a flexible tape measure over thin clothing or undergarments. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and parallel to the floor for the most accurate reading.

Dresses/Apparel:

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Showpiece metallic caftan!

The splash of spring metallic caftan is GORGEOUS. The colors are so rich and even more beautiful in person. The caftan sits so perfectly and is both comfortable and flattering. The length is perfect and I love that it has pockets! Every BC caftan is another home run!
