Dresses/Apparel:

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.

Rev’s Gameday Couture

This was my first clothing purchase from BC. I had originally ordered the logo patch dress but it was slightly delayed. I was desperate to have something to wear to the A&M v. Notre Dame game. BC went out of their way to help me look cute with shipping out the Reveille dress and it arrived with a day to spare. They were extremely helpful with sizing suggestions, too. I am consistently a size M but sized up to L for a less snug fit with this particular dress. I have never received more compliments on anything I’ve worn. I wore it to an Indiana famers market prior to game time and received compliments from all ages. I was stopped multiple times at the game and asked for the website and where I got my dress. Even the Notre Dame security complimented my dress. “That is the best game day outfit I've seen all day.” I’m 5’6”, it was a perfect length and I was amazed after a very long day, the dress completely held its shape. As happy as I am with my purchase, I’m also extremely impressed with the customer service that I received. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, BC!!

Love it, but it’s too short

The details and quality of the dress are amazing, I was hoping it would be just a tad longer. You can’t bend over at all, 2-3 inches longer and it would be perfect.
