How It Works

1. Dream it up. Email info@briannacannon.com with your idea and how many you need.
2. We make a sample. Every order starts here. Sample fees vary by design and are quoted up front. Samples take 2–4 weeks.
3. You give it the thumbs up. We'll ship the sample to you to approve in person, or you can approve it from a photo for faster processing.
4. Get your price, pay your deposit. Once the sample is made, we'll share your firm price. Then a 50% deposit is due before batch production starts.
5. We make the whole batch. After approval, batch production takes 6–8 weeks to arrive, sometimes faster.

We can't infringe on trademarks. To use any trademark or logo, you must be licensed, we must be licensed, or the institution or organization must approve the project.

Pricing & Tax

We may be able to give you a ballpark up front. Your firm price is set once the sample is made, and we'll share the real price with you then. Got a resale certificate for tax exemption? Send it over and we can remove sales tax from your order.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so they're final sale: no returns, no refunds, and no cancellations. If something's materially wrong because we made a big mistake, we will make it right.

Can you make something you don't normally sell?

Can I mix sizes?

Sure can. The minimum is 50 pieces per style, and you can mix sizes to reach 50.

How much is a sample?

Sample fees vary by design and are quoted up front.

When do I pay the deposit?

After the sample is made and we've shared your firm price. The deposit is 50%.

How long does it take?

Do I have to see the sample in person?

Can I get a price before the sample?

Is there a mold fee for jewelry?

Metal pieces (like a charm) may need a one-time mold fee, and you can reuse your mold with no additional fee.

Can you put my school's or team's logo on it?

Only if you're licensed, we're licensed, or the institution or organization approves the project. We can't infringe on trademarks.

Can I order tax-exempt?

Yes. If you provide a resale certificate for tax exemption, we can remove sales tax.

Can I return or cancel a custom order?

Custom orders are final sale and can't be returned, refunded, or cancelled. If we made a big mistake, we'll make it right.
