We are currently hiring for the below roles...
Social Media & Content Manager
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (In-Person)
Company: Brianna Cannon
Schedule: Full-time, in person
About the Role
Brianna Cannon is a fast-growing fashion brand built on bold, fun design, licensed collegiate partnerships, and a strong visual identity. We are looking for a Dallas-based Social Media & Content Manager who can own our social presence end-to-end—posting, planning, shooting, coordinating influencers, and making the brand feel alive every single day.
This is not a remote role. This is not a “post what you’re told” role.
This is a builder role for someone who can plan, execute, and move fast in real life.
What You’ll Own
Social Media Execution
-
Manage all Instagram accounts (main + game day)
-
Execute daily posting cadence across feed and stories, 7 days a week
-
Maintain a forward-looking social calendar (monthly, planned in advance)
-
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaigns, and licensed partnerships
-
Ability to help BC expand to post on TikTok, a Facebook VIP group, and other social platforms.
Content Creation & Photoshoots
-
Plan and execute weekly content capture (store, showroom, lifestyle)
-
Plan and coordinate monthly photoshoots for launches and collections
-
Capture iPhone and camera content as needed (you don’t need to be a professional photographer—just capable)
-
Use AI tools creatively when live content is unavailable (training available)
Influencer & Ambassador Marketing
-
Recruit and manage college ambassadors for licensed schools
-
Build a PR list for social product seeding and UGC content creation
-
Use UGC platforms to collect UGC content to supplement our in-house content.
-
Identify, outreach, and manage fashion influencers for product seeding
-
Maintain prospect lists, outreach tracking, shipments, and delivered content
-
Build a steady pipeline of usable UGC for paid and organic channels
Planning & Communication
-
Build and maintain detailed social calendars at least 30 days ahead of schedule, posts being completed 7 days ahead of schedule, and a rough outline for product launches and big campaigns being maintained 3 months at a time.
-
Coordinate with the broader marketing team on launches and promotions
-
Communicate clearly, proactively, and consistently with leadership
-
Organize UGC to be used on the website and in emails.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
-
Dallas–Fort Worth local (this role is in person)
-
Proven experience running brand social accounts (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand)
-
Comfortable planning and executing content—not just ideating
-
Loves fashion and already creates fashion-inspired content on their own.
-
Loves college and pro sports - even if that just means dressing up for a tailgate party. We want someone who understands this world and can coordinate content for the game day product line as well as the fashion product line.
-
Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
-
Comfortable being on site: store, warehouse, photoshoots, lifestyle settings
-
Strong Instagram instincts (feed, stories, trends, UGC, timing)
-
Experience working with influencers or ambassadors
Nice-to-Haves
-
Familiarity with licensed or collegiate brands
-
Basic photography or content capture experience
-
Graphic design experience (Canva/Photoshop..etc.)
-
Comfort using AI tools for content creation and ideation
How You’ll Succeed Here
-
You plan ahead instead of reacting
-
You communicate before problems happen
-
You take ownership and close loops
-
You understand that consistency beats bursts of creativity
-
You care about execution as much as aesthetics
-
You own social media and come to the table with ideas on how to improve, what to post, and how to leverage trends.
Work Environment
-
In-person role based in DFW
-
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
-
Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time allotted.
Why This Role Is Special
If you live and breathe fashion, you’ll have fun. You won’t be buried in approvals or bureaucracy; you’ll spend your day making content with cute clothes and will have an endless supply to shoot, style, and promote. You’ll have real responsibility, real visibility, and real impact on a brand people actually recognize.
If you’re the kind of person who loves creating, organizing, and seeing your work live in the world—this is your lane.
