We ship from Plano, TX - transit times will vary depending on distance from our shipping location.
Orders $30+ qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping.
Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for faster transit times (FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, or Overnight).

Dresses/Apparel:
We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands:
We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@briannacannon.com if you have concerns about your order or wish to request an exchange and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.
Shipping was super quick, and the bag is perfect. The material is so practical for summertime, anything just wipes right off. It also expands if you want it to, and holds a lot of stuff! On top of all the good function of this bag, it is ADORABLE and unique. I’ve never seen it anywhere else!
I carried this to a pool graduation party and had constant compliments!! It was perfect and light even full!
