Dresses/Apparel:

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. These items are so beautiful but run very small. The 2X is an XL. I kept a few of their items that were cotton because they strech. But now that I know how their sizing runs it will gelp me in the future. They are very expensive well made clothes.

I usually get a size medium in sweatpants or skorts from BC but decided to size up. The waist fit great with a little breathing room. The large also gave me a little extra length. There is no stretch in these. The fabric is beautiful and can be worn spring through summer, dressed up or down.
