Dresses/Apparel: 

We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing customerservice@briannacannon.com, and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories/Jewelry/Headbands: 

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. Stunning and elegant!

This velvet caftan is so beautiful! The quality is unmatched, the dress is comfortable and the cut is truly flattering on all body types! I bought the L/XL, am normally a size 14+ and larger through the bust, I was concerned it might not look cute on me like it does on the models, but man was I wrong!!! All of the caftans are absolutely fabulous and this black velvet one is no exception. I love the versatility that you can wear it to events all year! Doesn’t have to just be holiday the velvet has a nice weight and the feathers on the sleeves don’t bother/irritate me at all. I absolutely give this caftan a 13/10!! Don’t miss out - especially with the sale price! You can’t beat it. This is a quality item that will last, you need it in your wardrobe! So tasteful, elegant and flattering!
